Memphis investors see easily what Dallas Real Estate offer for investors and here is the information from Dallas Morning News that Memphis investor buys two more Collin County apartment communities.
Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. said Thursday that it has purchased The Venue at Stonebridge Ranch, a 250-unit rental property built in 2000.
And Mid-America also bought the La Valencia at Starwood, a new 270-unit apartment community on Lebanon Road in Frisco. The Frisco property was purchased from Tonti Properties.
Terms of the sales were not disclosed.
Last week the real estate investment trust purchased the Times Square apartment and retail complex in McKinney’s Craig Ranch development for $31.25 million.
Mid-America now owns about a dozen Dallas-area apartment properties. Founded in 1977, the company has more than 45,000 apartments in 13 states.
Craig Ranch in McKinney is a master planned development with beautiful residential and commercial properties. McKinney has been chosen the 5th the best place to live in U.S according to the Money Magazine.
