 National Cheerleaders Association Championships in Dallas this weekend which is great opportunity to see how they improved their skills, focus, strength, agility with many hours of practice. This couple minutes long performances inspire all the others who had chance to watch.

They wore ponytail ribbons and glistened under layers of silvery eye shadow and red-tinged blush.

But the iconic image of the pompom-toting pretty girl ended there, as gymnasts threw themselves into the air and teams twirled through carefully orchestrated choreography at the National Cheerleaders Association junior high and senior high school championship in Dallas this weekend.  Dallas residential real estate looks steady when you look at the MLS data as of October by monthly indicator from the Collin County Association of Realtors. The percentage of original list price received at sale is same as 2009. When look at two years there is slightly difference around 0.4% however the average sales price is higher 5.6% than 2009.

 According to Dallas Business Journal, Commercial foreclosure listings in Dallas-Fort Worth reached a 19-year high in the first 11 months of 2010, according to a report released by the Addison-based Foreclosure Listing Service. Foreclosure listings on D-FW commercial properties increased 39 percent in the first 11 months compared with the same period in 2009. The percentage represents 3,000 foreclosure filings so far, compared with 2,173 filings made last year during the same months. Read the rest of this entry »

Dallas is one of 35 metropolitan areas deemed to have a rebounding economy by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, and has posted the second strongest employment gains in the last year in the nation which brings more people to Dallas area who is looking for better lifestyles.

Dallas is growing everyday with different job opportunities, affordable houses in good subdivisions, good schools, improving uptown area, new homes building in Frisco area, Prosper Area, McKinney area and surrounding areas. Read the rest of this entry »

Majority of Dallas council calls for 4.91-cent tax increase that  Dallas Morning News Blog mentioned recently which does not make the Dallas residents the happiest residents so far. Most of the Dallas residents commented clearly that they found this increase ridiculous. Here is the part of the article about Dallas Property tax increase.

Happy First Day of School… Dallas area schools are started today after a tax free shopping back to schools spirit weekend. A lot of excited proud parents and kids were on the road early in the morning today in Dallas, Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney and surrounding areas. There are only one thing in parents mind that their kids safety!
